What is Brain at work about?

It is about understanding your Brain better and Mastering Focus and Motivation

David lays out this book in an interesting way. See, understanding our brain is a very complex matter. In order for him to simplify it, he uses a concept called "stage."

In this stage concept, the stage is our attention, the actors on that stage are things we can hold in our attention, the spotlight lighting the stage is the limited energy we have and the audiences are the dots/memories we have. How all these things interact play a huge role in how our brain operates.

In this Extended Analysis, you are going to learn:

  • How you can FOCUS better and longer
  • The role energy plays on how our brains work
  • How multi-tasking is a myth and needs to be avoided at all costs
  • The role our chemicals play on how our brain operates
  • How to generate influence and understand yourself and others better.
